NOISE POLICY

Our Council’s noise regulations are vigilantly enforced and our surrounding neighbours expect us to adhere to these. We are obliged to require no outside noise after 10pm (including weekends). 

No outside music both day and night and all noise be kept to a reasonable level that is does not disturb the neighbours.

Please note that if the noise policy is not followed, bookings such as buck’s/hens  parties will be evicted and may face heavy fines and loss of bond.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. WE ARE STRICTLY NO PARTIES, FUNCTIONS OR OUTSIDE MUSIC AT ANY TIME. NO NOISE AFTER 10PM DUE TO COUNCIL INSTRUCTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO USUALLY CAP THE ADULTS AT OUR PROPERITES, BUT WE DO ACCEPT ALL ADULTS WHEN IT IS A CORPORATE RETREAT/ YOGA RETREAT/WELLBEING RETREAT OR ANYTHING SIMILAR. PLEASE ADVISE US IF YOU HAVE THIS TYPE OF GROUP SO WE CAN CONFIRM IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE YOUR GUESTS.

We will ask you to sign our holiday letting agreement upon booking.

Please note:
• This does not apply to restrictions made in other states/countries.
• Your dates must be transferred to the same property and new dates selected with in 12 months from your original booking date.
• If changing dates you must pay the price difference between seasons
• The above cancellation policy does not apply to guests who are allowed to arrive and stay before restrictions come into effect. Guests are liable for the full stay amount and will not receive part refunds for change of mind if they are legally allowed to stay at property.
• If guests are required to quarantine while at the property, guests will be liable for full costs of extending the stay.

Shoulder  - 1 Feb to 30th April & 1 Sep to 15th Dec
Weekend rate 2 Nights - $3500
Weekly rate 7 nights - $7500

Sunday night - $1750
Weekday rates: $1000 per night midweek


Low Season - 1 May to 31 August
Weekend rate 2 Nights - $3000
Weekly rate 7 nights - $6000

Sunday night - $1500
Weekday rates: $1000 per night midweek

7 night minimum - $10,000

Friday to Friday

Australia Day Weekend

2 night minimum - $4000

Long Weekends

3 night minimum at the weekend per night price.

All rates plus $50 booking fee

Weekend rates are calculated if you stay either Thursday/Friday night, Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night.
