Introducing one of the Central Coasts best kept secrets. Elliot Falls is located only 90 minutes north of Sydney CBD. It blends the best of both rural and coastal living. Situated on five north-facing acres Elliot Falls is secluded, peaceful and private. It consists of five bedrooms, three bathrooms and will comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.

Nestled amongst native bushland Elliott Falls features its own 700m bush walk where you can admire the 600 -year-old Red Gum tree, waterfall and abundance of wildlife.
​
The resort-like infinity-edge swimming pool is a huge feature of the home with pool house which is completely self-contained and will give your overnight guests their own private haven.

​Professionally decorated by Studio Wright they have done a fantastic job of capturing the tranquillity of its surroundings, with its high vaulted ceilings and open-plan New York loft-style layout.

Situated on the fringes of Katandra Reserve just above the Matcham/Holgate valley Elliot Falls is an easy drive 90 minutes north of Sydney CBD.

Beaches
It's just a 30 minute drive to Terrigal beach where you can find an array of restaurants, boutique shops, cafes, Terrigal Skillion and boardwalk.

Bush Walking - Katandra
There is a lovely walk that starts from the Katandra Rd Picnic Area and circumnavigates Seymour Pond. On this walk, you will head through a few palm-filled valleys, discover a Strangler Fig Tube (on a side trip) and are likely to see a few water birds. Take some snacks and enjoy one of the resting areas – sit quietly and you might spot a water lizard or Lyrebird. This walk is well-signposted and follows a clear track. NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR
Please note our properties are designed specifically for larger groups, however they are not party houses.
The guests agrees to:
- Have no more than the agreed upon number of occupants at the house.
- Not have any party, event or function
- Please note the 30-year age minimum required on all adult bookings, unless otherwise approved. (We do accept family style bookings, corporate/ retreats and minors are welcome at all our properties)
- The lead guest is responsible for the group conduct – we ask that everyone abides by local laws and rules including conducting themselves in a manner which is not a nuisance to neighbours.
Noise
- You are welcome to use a speaker ‘UE Boom 3’ size or similar INSIDE ONLY at the property at a reasonable level. We work on a one warning basis, so if there are neighbour complaints, we will ask you to turn this off.
- QUIET HOURS: Between 10pm and 7am
- DJS are not permitted onsite at any time.
- Security does monitor the property and can be called for an undue noise complaint – please note this is a $250 call out fee each time if they do need to attend.
