ENTRY MIDDLE LEVEL

The huge glass sliding doors open up the whole house blurring the lines between indoor and out. You'll adore the stunning pool with outdoor shower and enchanting gardens.

As the sun sets the property comes alive with the illuminated pool which provides the perfect back drop for your relaxing afternoon. Relax in the home theatre room with large TV and surround sound speakers.

Featuring beautiful natural timbers combined with creative use of glass, this ultra-modern open-plan home captures the essence of coastal lakefront living and provides an uplifting ambience.

Gourmet kitchen with stone benchtops, Miele appliances including coffee machine, gas cooking and dishwasher.

Open plan living and dining area showcasing a stunning open fireplace which opens onto the balcony complete with lounges and views spanning across Wamberal Lagoon. The background noise you will hear is the gentle call of the various birds and wildlife located in the area.

From the elevated aspect the Master Bedroom has been designed as the ultimate retreat with huge walk in wardrobe, ensuite and did I mention the outdoor bath?

 

BOTTOM LEVEL

Downstairs features three generous sized bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, queen beds and lake views. The second and third living areas are located on the lower level. The second living area complete with tv and lounge and opens onto the back undercover balcony.

Fulfilling all your wants and needs Zen will soothe your soul. Located on the scenic Central Coast, which is only 90 minutes north of Sydney CBD via the M1 Freeway.

Enjoy fishing and stand up paddle boarding from your own backyard with Wamberal Beach, cafes and shops just across the water.

The property is located a short drive to Wamberal beach which is popular amongst tourists and residents for its great surfing, fishing, and diving. Terrigal beach is also a short drive where you will find trendy cafes, boutique shops and fine dining.

 

ERINA FAIR – Located just 10 minutes away

With Myer, Kmart, Target, Big W, Best & Less, Woolworths, Coles and Aldi and over 300 specialty stores. Hoyts Cinema, the Erina Ice Arena, a variety of restaurants and a playground for the children.

NOISE POLICY

Gosford Council’s noise regulations are vigilantly enforced and our surrounding neighbours expect us to adhere to these. So we are obliged to require no outside noise after 10pm mid-week and 11pm Friday/Saturday. This also includes swimming in the pool.

Please note that all our properties are patrolled after these hours by security and bookings such as buck’s parties will be evicted and may face heavy fines and loss of bond.

All rates plus $33 booking fee

Weekend rates are calculated if you stay either Thursday/Friday night, Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night.

DIRECT BOOKINGS

All cancellations must be in writing and submitted to nicheholidayrentals@outlook.com Part cancellation of a booking will not be accepted and the property must be relet for the full duration of the agreed term before the deposit is retuned minus a $250 cancellation fee by NICHE HOLIDAY RENTALS. No refund will be given if the dates are not re-let.

100% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is recommended.

 

COVID – If government travel restrictions are put into place in NSW preventing the guest from traveling or the number of guests is reduced. The guest will receive a credit voucher to be used over the next twelve (12) months from the original booking date.
