Catalina is located on Ocean View Drive, Wamberal on the scenic Central Coast, which is only 90 minutes north of Sydney CBD via the M1 Freeway. The property is located directly across the road from Wamberal beach which is popular amongst tourists and residents for its great surfing, fishing, and diving. Terrigal beach is a 10-minute walk where you will find trendy cafes, boutique shops and fine dining.

ERINA FAIR – Located just 10 minutes away

With Myer, Kmart, Target, Big W, Best & Less, Woolworths, Coles and Aldi and over 300 specialty stores. Hoyts Cinema, the Erina Ice Arena, a variety of restaurants and a playground for the children.

NOISE POLICY

Our Council’s noise regulations are vigilantly enforced and our surrounding neighbours expect us to adhere to these. We are obliged to require no outside noise after 10pm (including weekends). 

POOL HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM - 9PM

No outside music both day and night and all noise be kept to a reasonable level that is does not disturb the neighbours.

Please note that if the noise policy is not followed, bookings such as buck’s/hens  parties will be evicted and may face heavy fines and loss of bond.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO USUALLY CAP THE ADULTS AT OUR PROPERITES, BUT WE DO ACCEPT ALL ADULTS WHEN IT IS A CORPORATE RETREAT/ YOGA RETREAT/WELLBEING RETREAT OR ANYTHING SIMILAR. PLEASE ADVISE US IF YOU HAVE THIS TYPE OF GROUP SO WE CAN CONFIRM IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE YOUR GUESTS.

Sunday Night - $1500
Mid-Week Monday to Thursday $1250 per night 

Weekend rates are calculated if you stay either Thursday/Friday night,

Shoulder Season 2 - Early December

2 Nights weekend rate = $4000
7 Nights = $8200

Sunday Night - $2000
Mid-Week Monday to Thursday $1250 per night
