The main residence has a total of 4 bathrooms plus two powder rooms, one on each level, a huge open plan kitchen with ceasar stone benchtops and butlers pantry, an open plan living, dining area that opens onto the entertainment balcony with ocean views looking over north Wamberal beach.

You enter the property through security gates into a fantastic 4 car basement garage that has plenty of parking for everyone. The property is fully fenced both front and back and is suitable for children.
The backyard features a resort style heated pool with its own shower and toilet.
The backyard is north facing which means the pool and entertainment area receives sun most of the day.
With internal access from the garage you can reach the first floor where you find four bedrooms, two that feature an ensuite. The main bathroom, laundry and powder room and access to the pool area.
The second floor consists of one bedroom with an ensuite, additional powder room, modern kitchen with butler’s pantry and gas cooking. Dining area seating eight people and an open plan lounge room with ocean views towards looking over Terrigal and it’s iconic Skillion.

Casa Del Mar is located on the scenic Central Coast only 90 minutes north of Sydney via the F3 Freeway. The property is a hop skip and a jump from Wamberal beach and only a short walk to Lotus Café or Green room café where you can get a nice coffee.
Terrigal and Wamberal Beach are popular amongst tourists and residents for its great surfing, fishing, and diving. Terrigal beach is a 10-15 minute walk from Casa Del Mar where you can find award winning restaurants, cafes and great boutique shopping.

Please note: All long weekends are a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Mid week special rates do not apply for long weekends.
Weekend rates are calculated if you stay either Thursday/Friday night, Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night.
All rates plus $33 booking fee
Gosford Council’s noise regulations are vigilantly enforced and our surrounding neighbours expect us to adhere to these. So we are obliged to require no outside noise after 10pm mid-week and 11pm Friday/Saturday. This also includes swimming in the pool.
Please note that all our properties are patrolled after these hours by security and bookings such as buck’s parties will be evicted and may face heavy fines and loss of bond.

We will ask you to sign our holiday letting agreement before check-in.
CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be in writing and submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org Part cancellation of a booking will not be accepted and the property must be relet for the full duration of the agreed term before the deposit is retuned minus a $250 cancellation fee by NICHE HOLIDAY RENTALS. Additional cancellation fees may also apply through other websites/booking parties such as HomeAway, Stayz and Air BNB. No refund will be given if the dates are not re-let.
100% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is recommended.
