Covid 19 - Cancellation Policy
*This new covid policy is effective on all bookings made from the 30th July 2021 onward. If you have made a booking prior to this, please refer to your existing Holiday Agreement terms and conditions.*
We understand that due to Covid-19 it can make it difficult to plan a holiday with family. We will do our very best to accommodate should covid restrictions come into place. We will continue to check the latest covid-19 updates through the nsw.gov.au. website.
If there are NSW government restrictions in place that prevent travel into the Central Coast you are entitled to a change of dates or a full refund of rent minus our booking fee of $50.
Please note: This does not apply to restrictions made in other states/countries.
A 'change of date' allows the guest to book the same rate for the same season within a 12-month period. (Eg. Winter rates for arrival in 2021, will be booked at same price for 2022, even if there is an increase in cost).
This does not apply to changing the pricing season. (Eg. You cannot re-book your stay at winter pricing 2021 for summer/peak season 2021/2022. You must pay the difference in price if it is more.)
Your dates must be transferred to the same property.
The above cancellation policy does not apply to guests who are allowed to arrive and stay before restrictions come into effect. Guests are liable for the full stay amount and will not receive part refunds for change of mind if they are legally allowed to stay at property.
If guests are required to quarantine while at the property, guests will be liable for full costs of extending the stay.
If booking through AirBnB, Homeaway or the Stayz website these websites we will provide a full refund from Niche Holiday Rentals however these websites may charge their own service fee if you cancel.

We advise you to stay up to date with the current restrictions in relation to Covid-19 through nsw.gov.au.
The Central Coast is listed under the restrictions of 'Greater Sydney'.
If you are due to check in at one of our properties, and are experiencing covid-like symptoms or have been in contact with a confirmed case within the last 14 days, we ask you to please get tested before travelling.
If you need to self isolate or quarantine and this will affect your current booking, please contact us and we can go through further options.

Niche Holiday Rentals will require all guests to check in via the QR Code listed near the front door at each holiday property.
