Even during winter THE IRIE can accommodate. Make yourself at home and relax with our outdoor heated spa and on a sunny winters day you can enjoy a leisurely bike ride along the walking/cycling path that will take you all the way to The Entrance. 

 

It follows the shores of Tuggerah lake and is an easy flat walk/ride. Cycle on the bike path past picnic areas, playgrounds and the longest jetty (351m) in NSW.

 

 

1st LEVEL

On the first level you will find a large living area that is fabulous for the kids or guests as a retreat away from the main upstairs living area. Bedroom 2 and 3 are located on the lower level along with the main bathroom, study, laundry and balcony leading out onto the heated spa.

 

2ND LEVEL

The second level you will find an open plan kitchen and Living designed to capture sunlight and cool lake breezes. It opens onto a north facing balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting. The master bedroom (parents retreat) is also located on the top level along with ensuite. The top-level features air conditioning with both heating and cooling.

THE IRIE is located just minutes from Chittaway Bay boat ramp and for those interested in bringing a boat we have ample driveway parking for a car with boat trailer.

  • Close to local beaches, Shelly Beach, Toowoon Bay, Bateau Bay and The Entrance etc

  • Bike Track (200m from THE IRIE) (Bike hire available marine parade (The Entrance)

  • Boat ramp minutes away at Chittaway Bay to access The Entrance water ways

  • Mingara Recreation Club located a two minute drive

  • An array of cafes @ long Jetty such as the Glass Onion Society Café, Green Tangerine and common ground which are popular amongst the locals.

  • Minutes from The Entrance where Children can have fun in the amusement rides and jumping castles if it’s a weekend or school holiday. And watch Pelican Feeding at 3.30 pm daily.

  • The Savoy Long Jetty bar and restaurant is worth checking out for couples or girls weekends away.

  • Hernando’s Hideaway Mexican is a huge hit with the locals.

NOISE POLICY

Central Coast Council’s noise regulations are vigilantly enforced and our surrounding neighbours expect us to adhere to these. So we are obliged to require no outside noise after 10pm mid-week and 11pm Friday/Saturday. This also includes swimming in the pool.

Please note that all our properties are patrolled after these hours by security and bookings such as buck’s parties will be evicted and may face heavy fines and loss of bond.
