These apartments have been designed and dedicated to exclusive living and effortless entertaining, and have also been professionally decorated by Coco Republic.

Apartment 4 features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, ducted air conditioning and ocean views.

Enjoy the facilities such as the 17 metre lap pool that's heated from September to May. You would be forgiven for thinking you were at a resort.

The stunning shared rooftop terrace has 180° degree ocean views spanning from Wamberal headland to Terrigal skillion. The terrace is complete with a large entertainment area and shared BBQ.

SALT is only 250 metres from Wamberal patrolled beach and only a short walk to Terrigal’s boutique shops, trendy cafes and fine restaurants. Sal and Co is located just around the corner from SALT where you can get your morning coffee and for families the Wamberal Breakers club is a great option with an outdoor kids play area and great meals. This is located on Dover Rd which is only two minutes up the road from SALT. Otherwise venture into Terrigal for an array of options such as Mexican, Tapas, Thai, Italian and more.

Please note our properties are designed specifically for larger groups, however they are not party houses.

The guests agrees to:

- Have no more than the agreed upon number of occupants at the house.
- Not have any party, event or function.
- Please note we do cap the adults at our houses, but can take groups of all adults on request (we accept corporate and retreat style bookings)
- The lead guest is responsible for the group conduct – we ask that everyone abides by local laws and rules including conducting themselves in a manner which is not a nuisance to neighbours.


- You are welcome to use a speaker ‘UE Boom 3’ size or similar at the property at a reasonable level. We work on a one warning basis, so if there are neighbour complaints we will ask you to turn this off.
- QUIET HOURS: Between 10pm and 7am, no speaker is permitted between these time.
- DJS are not permitted onsite at any time.
- Security does monitor the property and can be called for an undue noise complaints – please note this is a $250 call out fee each time if they do need to attend.
