SALT is only 250 metres from Wamberal patrolled beach and only a short walk to Terrigal’s boutique shops, trendy cafes and fine restaurants. Sal and Co is located just around the corner from SALT where you can get your morning coffee and for families the Wamberal Breakers club is a great option with an outdoor kids play area and great meals. This is located on Dover Rd which is only two minutes up the road from SALT. Otherwise venture into Terrigal for an array of options such as Mexican, Tapas, Thai, Italian and more.
Gosford Council’s noise regulations are vigilantly enforced and our surrounding neighbours expect us to adhere to these. So we are obliged to require no outside noise after 10pm (including weekends). This also includes swimming in the pool.
Please note that all our properties are patrolled after these hours by security and bookings such as buck’s parties will be evicted and may face heavy fines and loss of bond. These are apartments and noise does travel. These apartments are for guests to rest and relax.

(Plus $33 booking fee per booking)
All long weekends are a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Mid week special rates do not apply for long weekends.
Weekend rates are calculated if you stay either Thursday/Friday night, Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night.
All cancellations must be in writing and submitted to email@example.com Part cancellation of a booking will not be accepted and the property must be relet for the full duration of the agreed term before the deposit is retuned minus a $250 cancellation fee by NICHE HOLIDAY RENTALS. No refund will be given if the dates are not re-let.
100% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is recommended.
COVID – If government travel restrictions are put into place in NSW preventing the guest from traveling or the number of guests is reduced. The guest will receive a credit voucher to be used over the next twelve (12) months from the original booking date.
